  3. Provide Required Information:

    • Active TABC Permit:
      • Enter your active TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) permit number.
    • Expiration Date:
      • Provide the expiration date of your TABC permit.
    • Sales Tax ID:
      • Enter your Sales Tax ID as required by your state or jurisdiction.
    • Business Information:
      • Fill in your business details, including:
        • Business Name
        • Business Address
        • Business Phone Number
    • Point of Contact Information:
      • Provide the contact details for the person responsible:
        • Name
        • Phone Number
        • Email Address

  4. Review and Submit:

    • After entering all the required information, review it for accuracy.
    • Submit the form to complete your registration.
